Domestic Orders
Our customers in Nigeria also find it easy to access a refund or a return claim free of difficulties. You are welcome to contact our professional customer support center in case you have to. When contacting us, please make sure that you have an order number and a short description of the problem.
You can get a full 15-day refund on unused and undamaged items. Once we verify your eligibility, we will immediately provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and step-by-step guidelines on how to safely send the item back to us.
Should it happen, in the unfortunate case that you are given a product that is either damaged or defective, you are more than welcome to call our staff as soon as possible. In case of discovering the issue, we will observe it in detail and, in case of confirming it, offer an RMA and a set of instructions to send our goods back.
After we get the damaged or defective product and verify the condition of the product, we shall proceed to fully refund the price you paid upon the purchase of the product and the price of shipping the product back to us.
It is worth mentioning that Haute Graph Pro ships back damaged or defective items at no cost to the customer. In all other shipping returns, e.g., unworn/used item returned on a change-of-mind basis, the shipping cost of returning the item to us will be borne by the customer.
International Orders
International orders are the same, although with some differences in the policies. Upon returning a product shipped to an international destination, customers do not usually get to pay extra customs fees, tax, or any other related cost on the very product that is returned. Nonetheless, Haute Graph Pro does not pay any customs duties or any tax that may have been paid in the first instance when ordering the product to you as it arrives in your country.
Only as with our home policy, our international products, which are complete yet not used or worn, may be returned within 15 days of the shipment, having earlier alerted our customer care in order to be issued with an RMA and a payback instruction.
Haute Graph Pro will subsidize the shipping cost of the international returns of goods when it is confirmed of being broken or defective. Nonetheless, on any other form of an international return where the shipment is mobilized, the client will have to provide the shipping cost to be shipped back to us. Important to note that any customs or duty fees incurred in any international orders on import and paid are not refundable by Haute Graph Pro.
Moreover, international orders (as well as refunds that should be made) will be subjected to refunds whose currency will match that of the original purchase. Refunds
